APP LICENCE

Curbies is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement sets out the licence, permitted use and applicable legal terms. This page explains the app's purchases and controls.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Lite is free. Pro and Pro+ are optional App Store subscriptions. The App Store purchase screen shows the local price, billing period, trial eligibility and renewal terms before you confirm. Any trial converts to the selected paid plan unless cancelled under the terms shown by Apple.

Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Apple advises cancelling a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want it to renew. See Apple's cancellation guidance. Refund requests go through Apple.

Resetting progress or deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Use Shop → Restore to refresh an existing purchase.

PROTECTION CONTROLS

Curbies adds pauses and limits to help you manage attention. Protection depends on the permissions you grant, iOS behavior and supported website layouts. It cannot guarantee that every app or website remains blocked.

The optional Pact delays looser rule changes and requires a second confirmation. Emergency Exit becomes ready after the displayed phrase and a 15-minute wait; you must return and confirm it. It is not an immediate release. See Support for the controls and their scope.

Curbies is an attention-management tool, not medical treatment or a safety service.

DATA AND SUPPORT

Progress syncs through your own iCloud; there is no account. Read the privacy policy for data handling and deletion. For help, email info@curbies.app.
